Would RecommendThere is nothing more frustrating when you have a job and don’t have the right tools. These pliers saved my ceiling from crumbling in due to a leak from my upstairs bathroom. Had to shut the water line off and fix the leak and these pliers were the right size and easiest ones to use in my situation. If you’re in need of a dependable set of pliers look no further and pick up a set of the IRWIN Quick Adjusting GrooveLock VISE-GRIP 2-Pack Groove Joint Plier Set at your local Lowe’s.

Excellent slip joint pliers

quick sizing is a plus but not when you don't want to strip the bolt or nut that needs a lot of torque. like the 75 degree offset for most jobs.

Vise-Grip Saved the Day
Would RecommendWhen our kitchen sink sprayer blew up recently, my husband was able to install a new sprayer using the newly-purchased Irwin Quick Adjusting GrooveLock Vise-Grip Pliers that I bought him for his 70th birthday.

Good pliers
Would RecommendI would have given this a 5 star rating and as far as an inexpensive pair of pliers they work well and feel good to the hand but it does lack that expensive quality and does slip a little

Love the neck, stays where you put it.
Would RecommendLove the locking feature for the neck slider. Once you adjust it where you want it, you have to press a button to move it. No more sliding grips.

Well Built Quality Tool
Would RecommendIn lieu of having a set of these I’ve often just used pliers but what a difference the adjustable jaw makes. Very versatile, well built tools.

Haven't used them in too many jobs yet, but they certainly work better than a regular set of pliers! I like they way they hold the adjustment and they work well on round objects!
