I would highly recommend.

Love my mop jet use it regularly. I am having issues with it now not reading water level in tank. Having to reboot each time. Any suggestions.

Easy

I use it once a week to sweep then mop. I use bins in it. I trek snow so it mops it up. I have another one in my kitchen. I use them both at the same time while I drink a cocktail. It is so easy. I also run my two Roomba vacuums in the rest of my house. Sometimes I'm doing all three floors at once, I love it.

I would never recommend this product.

Had issues from the start, would not sync maps with the J9 and rarely docked. Got stuck 90% of the time.

Battery does not last and is expensive to replace

It cleans well when it works. I have had it for a bit over a year and have had to replace the battery 4 times. My house is only 1560 SF so it is not a lot of space. I am very disappointed in this mop.

Disappointed

iRobot doesn't clean the floors in a straight line but often goes at an angle. Therefore it leaves streaks on my wood floors.

Household wonder!

I can't believe how great this works! It's quiet and I love that it stops and backs up when it comes to two downstairs steps off our kitchen. Easy to use, too. My only complaint is that I can see wheel marks in a couple of places when all is dry. Only I would ever see it! It saves this 74 year old back and that's worth every penny!

Water Error is Known But Not Fixed

The mop worked 3 times but failed after experiencing a well known design flaw involving the water tank sensor. For whatever reason, the water tank sensor and water tank stop communicating and causes the "mop" to stop working. The Internet reveals the flaw is well known but there is no fix for it.

I would buy this product again

I love the dry swift part of the iRobot it does afabulous job The mopping part leaves a little bit of streaks, but the dry swift part is amazing I run it every other day works wonderful keeps my allergies at bay

I can't really recommend it

It does a good job mopping once it gets going, but every time I use it, it takes multiple tries to convince it that the tank is full. The charging cable often comes loose. Also, don't expect the robot mop to be able to travel over carpet.

Older Model

Although I love not having to hand mop my entire home floor (wood laminate); mine continues to indicate it needs to be rebooted. Don't quite understand why since nothing in my home has changed since I initially installed the Brava mop. I hope this isn't an indicator of things to come.

Doesn't charge within a month after I purchased

Loved it when it was working but it doesn't charge anymore and doesn't work ... speaking to the store but it's taking time to exchange ( or fix) and our douse floor needs mopping ....

Never!!

Constantly getting stuck, left streak on the floor, wouldn't link the map to my roomba j7+, and had hard times getting over thresholds

Not sure I would buy this product again

Convenient for light dirt pick up. Also does not go over thresholds well.

I highly recommend the Robot for hard floors.

I have a big kitchen, laundry room, and half bath which is one big open area and the Robot does a great job. The Robot picks up my son's dog hairs whenever they visit. I can no longer get down on my knees, so this is great. I called for support and was very impressed with the ease and kindness extended. They are very patient and solved the issue. I have hard wood floors and wish the Robot could go in the direction of the wood. Thank You for doing my cleaning! Love it.

The sad decline of iRobot

Having benefited from the opinions of other reviewers along the way, as an iRobot customer of over 15 years I felt obligated to share my more recent experiences with this company. To complement an existing Roomba we decided to purchase a mopping robot, a Braava jet m6, for the specific purpose of the "Mop after" feature iRobot advertises. I love my new Mop Bot!

This mop saves me so much work and time. I have the vacuum and I recently added the Braava Jet m6 and both have been life changing for me. No more spending my weekends cleaning the floors. I have no carpet so my entire house has to be mopped in addition to the vacuuming. I would not buy this product again

Already had a replacement since the original didn't work. Replacement without battery, did not work. Support send a battery. Still didn't work. Getting ready for another session with support
