Iris 13.5 qt totes are not very durable
Would Not RecommendThe Iris 13.5 clear plastic totes are a usable size, and the stackable feature is great, but they are lacking in durability. The latches are a near complete fail as they break easily and/or immediately fall off. If they would improve the design and quality of the latch this would be a great storage tote, but as is I find that they are a fail.

Would Not RecommendAt first glanced looks like an excellent product. But it depends on the final goal and user. The plastic that secures the lid is fragile and breaks easy, it also comes off (fall down) most of the time with minimum effort. I don't recommend this product for people with kids or fast pace.

Get this item from another retailer, not LOWES
Would RecommendThe wrong product was sent, customer service was atrocious and dishonest. Wrong item was sent, they refused to sent a call tag and insisted since the product was drop shipped we were to travel to a store to return. We were not able to exchange the item (as customer service stated would happen) as they did not carry that item in the store. Complete was of time and money - Item is great, but order it from someone else.
