Would Not RecommendMeasurements were not as described- purchased to store items and the container dimensions were totally off. Wasted time too. It took 10 DAYS to arrive! So it was wrong and late. As for the quality? Beautiful.

Broken lids
Arrived with a corner broken out of both containers. Looks as though they were tossed and landed on that corner. Nice sharp edges on the lids now.

Misleading dimensions
Would Not RecommendThe listed dimensions include the very oversized lid and handles. The main body of the tote is only 23 inches long at its largest dimension. I didn't expect to get a full 24" of length from the interior, but the usable space inside is only 21x15, which is a full inch less than I actually needed.
Fine totes
The totes seem fine and like they will do the job. Not quite as heavy duty as I was expecting. One came broken. I talked with customer service twice and was unable to come to a resolution that seemed fair (they offered a 10% cost return).

Would Not RecommendPackage arrived "repackaged" in transit. Upon inspection handle missing for one bin. Ordered larger sizes previously that arrived "unopened". Sad that this entire package has to be returned and start the process over.
