Good product.

I installed this new one to replace the old, identical one which lasted close to 10 years. With the new one being identical there was no need to replace the fitting that mounts to the bottom of the sink which made the installation very easy. Also I don't recommend replacing the power cord unless it is damaged.

Had a Badger and purchased the same model for the ease of installation! It always worked fine so buying the same product was an ideal situation. It took about 30 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one! It works great!

Love my Insinkerator!

I only buy insinkerators! I have remodeled 9 homes. I replace the garbage disposals with these Insinketators. Not only do they not brake down, but they are powerful and quieter than most garbage disposals. Highly recommend these units!

ISE Insinkerator disposal

Great unit ! Really grinds waste good from dishes before the dishwasher finishes cleaning them ! Just leave water running for a minute or two after turning off the disposal. Will prevent a stoppage and plumbing bill ! Over n Out Garball

Expected Quality and Durability

Replaced former unit with the same unit. No issues - installed easily, and works great!

Noisy

Product was installed by the home builder into a new home. It is extremely noisy when grinding waste. Sounds very much like it is broken.

Good product for good price

I installed this product on my own as the instructions were easy to understand. Good product for good price compared to other products. I recommend this product. It is working nicely for over a month now.

Didn't last long

My old insinkerator only lasted 4 years, that is not good. Must not be made well. I had to get another one because that was all he had on the truck, but I would not have gotten this brand again. Make it better

very good

same product that was put into the house when I had it built in 2001.. Over the years I've hat to un lock the product because it froze up, probably from corrosion when it was not used for long periods of time.. Plumber had a hard time removing the old one but when it was completed it was wonderful.. I would reco0mmend this unit.

Easy to install this is my second one if these the last one lasted 25 years.

WORKS GREAT

Instructions are excellent. Read them and refer to them while you are installing it. A little tricky getting the electrical wires connected (small area to work with). Everything went smoothly until it was time to attached the disposal to the drain. Very difficult to hold the disposal and try to line up and screw the disposal to the drain. After 45 minutes of trying, got a car jack to hoist the disposal and was able to finally attach the disposal to the drain.

Insinkerator has always been my go-to disposal. they are always reliable. The item was installed when I moved in, so I did not install it, nor did I know if it was easy to installo. Also, It is quiet, which is a big plus with me.
