Easy to install

The existing unit was cracked and leaking so I ordered this to replace it. Very easy to install and took me 20 min to remove and replace the unit. Was doing it for the first time but the video on the website was of big help.

Found this unit asan exact replacement for my original waste disposer. Fit perfectly onto the original mounting hardware making installation simple. Works like a charm.

Your incinerator is a nice product very easy to install My first one lasted 4 1/2 years. I cleaned it often. I don’t understand why it went down on me, but saying that. I ordered a new one online got it installed it in less than 10 minutes and is working fine how long it will last God knows

After taking the old disposal out, the process of installing the new one was rather simple.

Works like it should

Replaced an older model, this one is quieter and clears the junk faster. Very pleased we decided to replace rather than completely remove.

Bought 2, both stopped working after 3 or 4 years.

I bought and installed 2 InSkinErator Badger 1 for a house remodel for two different sinks about 4 years ago. The first one broke about 3 years after I installed it. The second one I installed just broke as well. By broke, I mean the just ceased functioning altogether, not just hit the reset button or twist the allen nut to clear, but would not even attempt to turn/start. Further it would severely limit the drain capabilities and backup water into the sink. This is a garbage product.

This product was already installed in the new home we bought. We've used it a few times but it seems to clog with almost nothing going in it.

Quiet and Effective

My new InSinkerator is powerful and quiet. It is effective, and I am confident that it will work for a long time! I like that I can easily remove and clean the protective cap.

Great - Just One Thing

It's awesome aside from the occasional grime filling the imprinted letters Insinkerator. Would prefer there to be no letters do get dirty with.

The most attractive feature on this product is the easy way to install/uninstall and operate. Also it comes with an effective customer assistance personnel.

The Badger One is a relatively durable product--mine lasted about 8 years--and easy to replace. It is a great disposal if you treat it right by avoiding waste that is prone to plugging the drain, such as spaghetti. I've had great service with these disposals. Highly recommended.

Consistently Good Brand

This is my second Insinkerator and the performance works well and as described. Disposals do have about a 7-yr life, even if not used daily, so plan perhaps investing larger sizes for busier households. Will buy again when the time comes, but do show respect to your pipes and dishwasher use as there are limits, and consider a strainer to prevent things getting twisted or built up around blades, etc.
