Quiet and efficient

Very quiet smooth running. Hardly makes any noise. Does a great job!

Expensive disposal

This product was provided by the plumber, who was unethical by replacing a perfectly fine working disposal with another working disposal.

Insinkrator leaked

Had to replace previous insinkrator because it leaked!! Bottom seam rusted thru after only 4-5 yrs. Easiest replacement was to install another insinkrator!! Went from 1/2 hp to 1/3hp. mh

Badger 1

Existing badger1 disposal went bad after 17 years. Replaced with this new badger 1. Install went well until the final tightening segment. Upon closer inspection of new model I found two stops on new flange not clearly identified on instructions that required increasing the upward pressure on the unit against the rubber washer to be able to fully tighten the flange to complete the install. After that, the unit operates as it should with no leaks.

Quiet and easy to install

Product is reasonably priced, it’s easy to install and from past experience it is long ladting

Very noisy

I have used In SinkErator for years. This one is noisy. It seems to work fine but after turn off, it is nit immediate. Never had one I didn’t like until this one.

The disposal is so quiet and grinds up the food quickly.

This disposal is quieter running than the old one. Works well.

Good garbage disposal

I've had several of these disposals and they are very good. They tend to last about 7 years. They are easy to install, especially if you are replacing the same model.

Replacement of Same Unit

Our previous unit lasted almost 10 years. This was an exact replacement. Installation instructions were laid out exactly as needed to complete the task.

Great product

This is my second InSinkErator garbage disposal unit. The first one came with our house when we bought it 26 years ago! Very reliable and obviously well made. Highly recommended.

3rd one in 5 years

I keep replacing with the same brand and model because it is easy to do it that way. This is the 3rd one in 5 years. The last one only lasted about a year. We don't even use it that much. Anyway, if it wasn't easy to install, I would change brands.

Easy installation

I appreciate that the design of the disposal has not changed or been altered from older model years. An easy install because the current design is the same as models 10 years older.

Works great

After 17 years of usage, my old In-Sink-Erator started leaking. I had it replaced with a new In-Sink-Erator which works great. I think the new one probably runs a little more quieter. This has always been, and still is, the best product on the market.
