Ratings & Reviews for iLive Boombox Black

2nd time around

I purchased Bluetooth CD Radio Portable Boombox - IBC233B 5 years ago to use as a seeping mechanism playing Delta Sleep System CD. Never missing a night, it finally wore out. (other modrels only lasted a year) Happy to have a new one.

Awesome boombox

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago. It arrived 11 days early, arnd I love it! I can take it anywhere I work and play anything on my phone with the bluetooth, or my cd's I've had for years. I can even listen to local radio stations.

We need a class action lawsuit!

I see a chronic problem from others' reviews...keeps shutting off randomly. Now one more piece of useless plastic for the environment! I'm going to contact Meijer's (where I purchased) to get them to stop carrying this product.

Will not turn on after 1 1/2 yrs

I use this unit in my office so it is rarely used. After just over a year I turned it on and it turned off and will no longer turn on. What a waste of money on something that does not last.

Powerful CD Player

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I still have my cd collection but also wanted a Bluetooth speaker besides the player. This little guy does the job beautifully. The volume in 1 is still not quiet enough before going to full zero, so if you wanna listen to it without waking up others you might wanna use headphones.
