First one stopped working.Got a replacement and doesn't work

1st one I bought worked great then all of a sudden wouldn't connect to the base to dump the Ben. I got a replacement one and with several attempts to get it to work it still work. I haven't ever gotten it to work so it just sits in my living room collecting dust while I vacuum around it.

Pretty great ...it's worth it

I love it. The pros are it cleans great & picks up so much dirt & pet hair. Cleans my 1600 sq ft house on one charge & one bin. It's really easy to set up & start cleaning. It took about a day to map my house. The app is user friendly. I love that I can make a schedule of when I want it to clean. The bin and brushes are super easy to clean. Disappointed

Very disappointed for a $600 product. I expected much better. It is absolutely not hassle free and in the time I spend constantly trying to trouble shoot it, I could have just vacuumed my house the old fashioned way. I will click specific rooms to be cleaned on the app and it cannot find the rooms. Just roams around and then goes back home. My map is correct. There are no barriers. Totally regret purchase

I've had this vacuum for 9 months, and it's been nonstop issues..missing whole rooms, breaking pieces, dust bin sensor not working so it leaves piles of dirt everywhere. Very frustrating and totally regret buying it.

I LOVE this product!!

We have a 2000 sq.ft. home, I set Mo to vacuum at times when we will be away from the house. I absolutely love coming home to clean floors. Before iRobot we constantly had pet fur tumbleweeds everywhere! I do have to break up Mo's cleaning schedule since I did not opt for the auto empty bin. This product has saved me hours of work every week.

Very pleased with the results.

I am very impressed with how well it performs. I drug my feet buying one, and should have bought one sooner. I actually think my carpets look fresher and cleaner than with my dyson upright!

Love this unit

I always wait to write a review on a product to really see how it is. So here I go. My son moved back home in January with his Labrador . UGH.. We have 1350 upstairs where we spend most of our time. Not off to a good start!!

We have had the i7 vacuum for 3 days now and have attempted to clean our first floor 6 times. The vacuum has yet to complete an entire cycle through the first floor. It has gotten stuck each time at some point throughout the cleaning. We have had to put up barriers each time and then it gets stuck on an area it shouldn't be getting stuck (i.e., for the cost and technology in these vacuums, it should be able to back out of the smaller space it got into). Customer service is terrible. Supervisor Ron B. is no help.

Customer service it terrible. After software updates this robot can go from bumping into walls in the wrong room to sitting in dock useless. Customer service wants to put burden on customer (take videos etc.) instead of fixing problem. Requested a supervisor and got Ron B. who has done nothing to help! Buy a robot from a young company that still cares!

Greatest RoboVac Ever!

Bob the Roomba it awesome! I just say "Go clean the kitchen" or "living room" to my Google Assistant and that room gets cleaned by Bob himself!

Absolutely fantastic cleaning vacuum, easy programming

Vacuum works great, doesn't miss a spot, even cleans around dining table chair legs. Too bad I can't get it to bring me a beer.

Doubtful at first, but glad I purchased the i7

I was skeptical about getting the E7 at first. I'm glad I did buy it. Helps keeping the house free of small dog's hair. We let it learn the floor plan as per instructions and it performs well, even on the areas under furniture. Added the vacuum adapter (tower) maybe noisy but strong, I believe it picks all the stuff from the bin. It has bunch of add ons, Google Assistant, MyQ that we have. iRobot leaves black marks on your white baseboards

If you have white baseboards then don't even test this product. If you're a fool like me and then try to complain to the company they won't do anything except tell you to clean the sensors and spray some canned air into the sensors. Duh! The machine still bumps up against your baseboards leave a black mark about one inch up from the floor! I warned you all!!

Less than 2 years old and it's dying

I have run it twice a week for less than 2 years. All tile floors with 2 small area rugs. Probably about 2200 sq ft of vacuuming. At first it was great. A challenge to program and I never could get it to work with 2 separate IPhones, only liked one of them, but it worked flawlessly. Now 22 months into the product the App doesn't always work, won't clean what I ask it to clean, takes FOREVER to charge to finish the job, and the battery will charge, then indicate it's not charged. Too Many Errors

So, this product cleans very effectively which is the reason for 3 stars, but I have had to call customer service four times since receiving this a month ago. I take good care of this robot, clean after each use etc, but it receives errors all the time. I've had errors for blocked paths when nothing is there, that the brushes were still clogged when they had been cleaned four times, it just seems to be very whiny. It's highly inconvenient to have to call support often to clear an error when this...

Horrible Vac

Came from a Botvac and this is has been nothing but trouble. Will not clean without dying and never makes it back to base. Suction is horrible compared to Botvac. CS tell you to keep trying all these things and they never work. By that time any kind of warranty is up.

Great tool to help with house cleaning

I use the mapping and scheduling features to clean areas on different days of the week. It's a great tool and easy to use technology.

Excellent product except for price and dog hair removal

The initial problem was mapping of the rooms. It took a while to realize that it had a mapping run available and it took a while to find the menu button that would start the menu run. After 3 or 4 normal runs it still said it was preparing the map. After a single mapping run the map became available. Mapping run access needs to be more obvious.
