Dog didn't hunt very long.

Didn't work very long. Bad battery I guess, it won't go so I don't know if it's the charger or the unit? Not sure if I send it back or what, I just put it a closet.

Doesn't do the job.

This review is for the Roomba 690 Auto Charging Robotic Vacuum. It doesn't cover the entire room and you have to guide it back to the charging station.

Easy to use

Outstanding product for all levels of my home. Great connection with my phone for scheduling and operation. Love the ease of use. Picks up so much from the floor even after sweeping first. Love that I can walk away and have it work perfectly

It is okay at cleaning but has a few problems

Not a very smart navigation system. If you have closed floor plan it tends to get stuck in the another room and run out of battery before it can find the charging base. Cleans in a random pattern so it misses some spots. Works pretty well in small rooms with a barrier. Doesn't work well in high traffic areas such as our kitchen or living room where it can get tangled in a shoelace or a lamp power cord. Does a good job at cleaning deep the carpet has good suction. It easily sucks up larger object...

I would buy again but the new model with self cleaning

My husband had vacuum the area the day before with our central vac. I ran Rumba and I had to empty the bin 4 times. Love it.

This is my 3rd review on the SAME iRobot. I received this as a Christmas gift from hubby and kids way back in 2013... BEST GIFT EVER! this vacuum has about a million miles on her and is still going strong. I did have to replace the battery once about 4 hrs ago. I due maintenance on her to keep her running great. We have 3 dogs, one is a border collie and sheds terrible. I clean the brushes weekly and Get new ones yearly. I change the filter as needed but with mine I sometimes just wash it and le...

I would consider other brands before jumping to conclusions.

Great product first couple weeks, no problems. Now using three days a week and set up on app on phone. It never finishes a job. Never returns to home base, constantly searching for it due to dead battery. I'd say berry poor performance for the money spent.

Skeptical about owning one of these

So glad I tried it. Makes cleaning easy, no back pain from heavy vaccuum, ideal for seniors.

I love this little guy!!! I have a 4 level home. I initially thought that I wouldn't be able to use it on different levels due to it's "learned area system" but I found that it still is usable. So wooo hooo!!!!

Dorothy the iRobot is great. The Robot is linked to my Alexa, so I just say to Alexa to "start Dorothy" and it turns on, and off it goes. The dogs do shed, so I have to make sure the Robot's brushes are clean before I start it up. I also sometimes stop Dorothy in the middle of her cleaning to check the dust pan and brushes, to ensure she is all set as she cleans a rather large area. Mr. Roomba and I are in love❤️

I have been pleasantly surprised at Mr. Roomba's progression! He's learned the floor so well! Just as the info said would happen. He gets under furniture much better than I do! I've not swept since he joined the family about a month ago. He has his regular route 3x week, goes under the cabinets/table/ from area carpets to wood floor. Much cleaner floors with Roomba!

1 Roomba does half my floors and the battery is dead so I bought another to have the convenience of doing the whole house at once. My house is 1800 square feet one level with a large living room that has very thick carpet that seems to burn battery. I love how it cleans the dirt, dried mud clumps and pebbles effortlessly from my entry way floor and rug. My floors are cleaner now that I don't have to vacuum and can just push a button and Roomba goes to it!

I LOVE coming home every day to NO dog hair on the floor! (My whole house is hardwood.) The virtual walls are nice (can use seasonally around Christmas tree, too, etc.) She doesn't like the little "wormy" rugs in the bathroom so I keep that door closed and I sweep that room by hand and push anything from the bathroom floor into the hallway for Susie to get later in the day. It seems to keep bumping and turning back into the same place as before. Hard to get it to move on to a new area.

I would buy this Roomba again

My Roomba has helped keep our house clean. We have a busy family where my family works and gets home from college late and I am responsible for preparing meals and keeping the house clean when I get home from work. It is great because I can select certain rooms and run the Roomba to help in keeping the house clean while I prepare and clean up from the meal. It was a great gift from my wife to help me out!
