Great Features!

I Received my ihb23 today in the mail I was super excited plugged it up the lights turn on but no sound comes out of it

The bass went out

Okay so my bass was working perfectly fine and than the next day it was completely off. I don’t know if I can fix that but in order for me to even hear bass I have to constantly press on the middle of the big speaker. Like it works and it’s not shot. It just stopped working. Other than that I literally love it. Everything about it is easy but I woudl love if I could figure out how to fix the bass thing

Poor bass quality lifetime

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a little over a month ago and initially, the performance is great. However, a week ago the subwoofer's bass has started to underperform. The speaker volume knob, bass knob, and device volume controller are way under maximum setting. Sometimes the bass returns to normal performance, but I don't know when to expect the bass to be okay or diminish. The treble is still fine.
