Ratings & Reviews for Husqvarna 525LST Mark II 25.4-cc 2-cycle 19.3-in Straight Shaft Gas String Trimmer

Great Trimmer, Good Power, Very Light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve bought 2-3 of these over the years to use in my Lawn Care company. I like these for trimming yards where they are so lightweight and easy on your hands, but they will handle tall grass as well. The only negative is the y trimmer heads, I’ve never liked them, the way they are shaped doesn’t leave a good cut.

Impressed!

amazing endurance and durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this two days ago and I've already cleared an acre of waste high weeds in two days. The string was hard to figure out at first but once you know what you're doing its easy.

great power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item 2 weeks ago and it started on the second pull!

Good power and easy to switch line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weed eater has ample power to edge and get through thicker weeds. Fuel is efficient and the line is easy to switch out.

Made very well! handles exceptionally well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought the 525LST Mark ll trimmer have 8 Acres of land. And can’t wait to get out and use it.

Bonafide GARBAGE

Don't bother. Weak motor that vibrates. Soft aluminum shaft that bends easy and impossible to get it to feed line no matter how you wrap it on the spool. Husky should have included a pair of scissors in the box so you'd actually get something you can cut with.

Worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just used it for the first time and it exceeded my expectations.

Great String Trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Father's Day weekend after my old string trimmer stop working. It has been great so far, works as expected and goes with the Huaqvarna chainsaw I also own. Would highly recommend.

525lst Mark 2

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Runs and cuts great. High torque and smooth operation as always from Husqvarna. Never fails to start.

My first line trimmer is a Husqavarna A+++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first of July I bought Husqvarna's 525LST II PRO. I am a homeowner with acres of lawn and trails in my woods. This trimmer runs a real long time on one fill up, it's light weight, string advances easily, and it cuts through all the over grown tall stuff very easily. I was lucky to happen upon a sale and got 15% off the trimmer. I also got an extended 5 year warranty by buying a can of Husqavarna's premix gas. So glad I finally bought. Hi...

Nice string trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this unit but I've only had it about 3 weeks and it boggs down for a second when applying full throttle

Great Trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this today not used it much but we own 525L and is why we purchased a newer model

Awesome machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ergonomics and the ease of starting it up. The gearbox is wonderful as well!

What happened to power bank or power on mark II

Recently bought it and thought it will be exciting like original 525lst but mark II weaker in powerband than original and it driving me insane even have torque gear. What happened? Did y’all change weaker motor, carburetor or something. Will never buy mark II again, it doesn’t do good job on overgrown lawn, you have to hit WIDE open. The original 525LST is stronger than mark II. Got lemon on this already since 1 month. Most sluggish powerband I ever use it so far.

Durable and lightweight very easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We always use Husqvarna products due to there high quality and durability. They have never let us down. We always use them for our outdoor lawn care needs. We own a Husqvarna zero turn, lawn tractor, couple of chain saws and this is our second weed trimmer. Very happy with the brand. Definitely recommend!
