[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer replaced a Husqvarna string trimmer that was 10 years old. We opted for the professional model as we have 5 acres plus we maintain part of our shared private road. It is quiet and powerful and multispeed. The only drawback is that it is made for a shorter person than 6'.

Overall Great Trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer has great ergonomics, and balance. Awesome torque to power through thick weeds, including mature Johnson grass. We bought a grass blade for it as well, but haven't even needed to switch it over yet since it works so well with the string head on it.

Light weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this yesterday. starting was easy. it was a replacement for an LD128. I put it through some heavy brush. it cut right through it. it does seem like it could have a little more power. but 3cc shouldn't make that much difference. if anything changes I will be sure to update my review. I like that it does NOT have a speed head. adding string was easy just like the 128.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of trimming to do around my property and of the several different trimmers I’ve used this one is by far the best as far as power, trim radius, and the string feeder actually working! It does burn gas a good bit faster than the others but I guess that’s the trade off for the extra power. I have yet to get into anything that bogs it down. Thought I get a better trimmer , maybe not?

I bought this June 28 2025 . And from the start I was disappointed. The line spool must be from years ago . After a short time one side of string broke. I was amazed that you had to load the spool like years ago,this is 2025 I didn’t know these were still around. Also didn’t see in the booklet how it was done . Also when I put my hand on the head it was red hot. Is this normal or do I need to bring it back ? I also like to cut my grass a lot lower, with this that’s not possible. And last thing i...

Talk about a WEED EATER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very reliable, power, control. Very easy to maneuver and hold. It is lightweight as well as easy on the heads with vibration, smooth. Very happy with this purchase and the performance. Had some.gras about 1.5ft hight on a steeper loop, sliced right though those bad boys.

So much better than any string trimmer I've owned

Good machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 525LST Mark II to replace a 525L, both are slightly under powered and slightly over 10 lbs. if we could get this same performance or a little better under 10 lbs preferably 9.5 lbs without a trimmer guard and full of gas this would be the ultimate trimmer

Pretty Impressed, I was on the fence
