globe breaks easily and replacement not available

The title says it all. The fan looks nice and works fine, but be very very careful with that globe. I dropped it while trying to replace the bulbs. It bounced off the bed and onto a carpeted floor, and shattered into 1000 little pieces. When I called to order a replacement, I learned that the globe is not available -you must purchase a new fan. It was only a year old. They did offer me a discount on the new fan, but I chose another brand who has replacement parts available if needed.

Nice Fan

Easy to assemble, clear instructions, doesn't wobble,and it's quiet. It does use standard medium base bulbs. Installing the globe was a little awkward until I read and followed the instructions.

Pretty- but doesn't deliver all it promises

I've gotten a lot of compliments on the fan style, it is really pretty. However the remote is crap. The light is very bright and doesn't dim as stated and occasionally I cannot get the light to turn off while keeping the fan on. Disappointed- I got this particular brand because the light had the option to dim. I had to take one of the lightbulbs out.

Beautiful fan

Love this fan. It has a good amount of light which was really needed. It's very quiet too. Also love the grayish color of the blades.

Same problem with multiple fans.

These fans are cheap and come with an inherent bearing problem that causes clicking and popping sounds from inside the motor. I did a warranty claim on the first one because of this and now the new one is starting to make the same sounds within days. Please dont waste your money on Hunter like i’I did.

Gorgeous modern fan

Really beautiful fan that compliments our high ceilings. I love the modern lines and the ability to be mounted on slanted vaulted ceilings. We had to buy an extra long pole but it was totally worth it.

As advertised the fan is very stylish it looks real nice in the master bedroom

Visually Great & Functional

Bought this 52" for my living room after loving the look and ease of use of the 42" ones in my bedrooms. Easy to follow directions and the unique 3 blade look is great. Bonus...the light panel side matches my flooring almost to a t.

The fan is super nice. The led light puts out a good amount of light. The fan does a good job cooling.

DO NOT PURCHASE HUNTER FANS

MY HUNTER FAN LASTED FOR 1 YEAR AND THE MOTOR WAS GONE. HUNTER SENT ME A PART AND ASSURED ME THAT WAS THE PROBLEM, AFTER AN ELECTRICIAN CAME TO INSTALL THE PART AND TOLD ME THE MOTOR WAS GONE I CALLED HUNTER BACK AND THEY TRIED TO TELL ME IT WAS SOMETHING ELSE. ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS SEND ME PARTS, THEY DO NOT WANT TO REPLACE THE FAN. THAT WAS MY LAST FAN THAT I WILL PURCHASE FROM HUNTER.

Great fan!

Worth the extra money as opposed to a cheap/inexpensive fan. Very good quality. Easy directions to follow for installation even in an 80+ year old house.

Great fan at good price

We bought this fan for our den and have been very pleased with it so far. We installed it ourselves and while it took some time (realistically 4 hours total), it was a very doable project. I had my father-in-law help me for comradery but did most of the installation myself. There are some helpful videos online if you find yourself a little confused. Remote works great as well.

Not So Quiet

Bought the fan in February 2018, received my replacement fan in August 2018. Two fans in, I am still with the same popping and ticking sound coming from the motor. Find it odd that the same sounds are coming from the motor on two different sentinel fans. Another reviewer with the Leoni fan experience the same sounds.
