Horrible installation

The directions are inaccurate about the light kit install. The light kit has to be taken apart to follow the directions to reach the screws and is horrible to try to reassemble. . One screw got stuck and I was unable to reassemble. Others reviews mention somehow trying to get screw in but the bottom part of light kit covers the screw holes but the same terrible design . Returning to store. I’ve installed 10 hunter fans before but this is a disaster. Horrible design for install.

Silent and Powerful Like a Snow Owl or Something

Positives for this ceiling fan are that its heavy, feels very well made, fan blades are thick but light and durable. Color of blades is a calm and trendy driftwood paired with a muted white body and frosted globe. The highest fan setting is like a tornado over your head but dead silent. The two light bulbs inside are plenty to light a living room and parts of the installation were extremely easy. I would definitely recommend. Hunter fan

Easy to install 30 min to 1 hr if your taking your time, I installed it on a sloped ceiling hanging with a 18 in rod I purchased separately . Looks very nice and fan speed is excellent we have plants in our room and they were dancing around of too much wind so I turned down the speed to medium . At first it wobbled then I tried to use the balance kit that comes in the box but that didn't work or I just didn't know how to use it. Excellent Fan!

This fan moves a lot of air on high and medium! I installed two and everything went fairly well. It was relatively easy to install, but this wasn't my first ceiling fan install. The instructions were clear. The first one was balanced well, however the second fan required placing two weights to balance and it also has a little sound on high. Other than that I would recommend them.

Almost burned the house down

I got theirs fan to well cool a very hot room. After we installed it. It was making a really loud noise and got louder and louder. Then it started to smell like the motor was burning and it was. I got a heat gun and it got up to 200 degrees easily. So basically I do not recommend this fan at all. Also had to take apart everything.

Beautiful fan

This is a beautiful fan. Installation is really not that difficult and takes about 1.5 hours. I put two of these in my garage. Decent air flow and quiet.

Easy install, great fan.

I bought this for my son’s bedroom. Installation was a breeze, there was already a metal box installed. Cools the room very well. Super quiet.

loud hum from motor when on medium and high setting. Its not constant. It will be a light hum, then a loud hum, then back to a light hum.

Noisy

Definitely gets a good gust of cool air, really powerful. But no where near quiet. Unfortunately, I put this in my bedroom so we will see how long I can take it. Also, I’ve installed a lot of ceiling fans and this by far was the most difficult. Unnecessarily difficult. Screws were placed in areas that were extremely hard to get to. Would not purchase another one and really would not recommend. You can the great air flow without the noise and difficult assembly.

Great Fan, but don't buy the added installation!

Fan is stylish, light is good, fan on all speeds works great! It is not loud either. Word to the wise and take advice. Don't add on the installation. Hire a professional yourself. I thought a Lowe's Team Member Professional would do the installation. Nope. A third party, Handy, hires a "pro." They have terrible policies, and take 2/3rd pay for the job. Professional gets 1/3. Loud Motor

Loud motor, even on low. At medium, resonance with glass like finger on rim of glass. Airflow great. Not good for a bedroom. I will be returning it.

Nice fan

Good assembly instructions. Silent operation (except at turbo speed). Bought two for newly finished basement - they look at work great.

Great Fan - Great Airflow

Installed this fan in the bedroom. We love the look of the fan and the light output. Airflow on low is just enough to give good airflow and on high the airflow is impressive! Installation was fairly straight forward for someone with basic wiring and DIY abilities. We also added a remote control which is an added benefit. I would recommend this fan.
