Solid box

Would Recommend

Tabs that you hammer to temporarily hold the box work well. Seems well constructed. Has 1/2 and 3/4 knockouts.

Metal work boxes

Would Recommend

I used to be afraid to use metal boxes because the had to be grounded according to code. I have learned that it’s a piece of cake if you keep the green coated grounding screws on hand and the green wire nuts with the hole for the pig tail. Have no fear, metal boxes are you friend.
