Would RecommendThis is your typical metal 4" gang box. It has lots of punch outs to accommodate wherever you are placing this. The only small downside is the screw holes on the wings to attach box to wall are a little close to the box itself thus making a little harder to screw down. It only has 1 threaded hole to ground box.

Would RecommendSolid box. Can be made more practical by adding small hole slots in available removable tabs in order to use either a flat or philips screwdriver to pry off metal tab.

Great junction box I have bought in a long time

Would RecommendI really don't knoow why anyone would put plastic to house their lamps or switches. They become brittle with age, then break. Installing metal IS far superior to plastic on so many levels. The only reason that I conculde that plastic is used ? It's called "MONEY" !
Unstoppable
Would RecommendIt's a steel box. It's didn't fall apart when I got it home. So that was nice. All of the holes functioned as expected, readily accepting wires and or screws (as applicable). Would purchase again if it happens to be the one I'm looking at when I need a similar box.
