This floor outlet product received mixed reviews. Some customers found it well-engineered, attractive, and functional, while others encountered installation challenges and quality issues. Positive aspects included the adjustable depth, sturdy metal construction, and professional appearance. However, many reviewers reported problems with the installation process, such as misleading templates, stripped adjustment screws, and difficulty opening the cover. The product may also not be suitable for certain applications, and the instructions were criticized as unclear. Overall, the consensus suggests this is a decent product, but the installation process can be tricky, and the quality may not justify the price.

Would Not RecommendMakes an attractive and functional outlet in the floor. I like how the outlet itself is recessed so plugs sit below the floor level. Straightforward installation.

Perfect, protected power source
Would RecommendWas asked by a client to install a receptacle in the middle of their living room that has hardwood flooring but they wanted something aesthetically pleasing yet readily convenient, serviceable and rugged enough for the abuse it would be subjected to. This unit was chosen and was pleasingly accepted. Happy client makes for a happy electrical contractor.

Great purchase!
Would RecommendLooked everywhere for a new “in the floor” outlet that was black or silver to go with our new carpet. Finally found this one at Lowe’s. Had to cut some of the floorboard and carpet for the box to fit, but my husband did it without a problem. Looks great installed!

Floor outlet
Would RecommendWorked well, good instructions however, outlet covers are a little awkward to deal with for my, under couch, application.

Looks good
Would RecommendEasily installed, wish it came in rubbed oil bronze, or something less shiny, but it does the job.
