Would RecommendI needed to install two 70" fans and this was perfect,they are easy to install and have a load rating of 70lb to 150lb depending on how they are installed. All the mounting hardware is included. Very strong and very well made, best product for heavy lighting and fans.

Would RecommendThis fan box is super easy to install says this grandmother. All the work except getting wire to the box can be done from below the ceiling on old work (existing ceiling) or new. Materials: The manufacturer provides all the needed screws, a wire connector, and a box cover plate, too. The mounting bracket is super strong so you can hang a super heavy fan or lighting fixture on it. 70 lbs for fans and 150 lbs. for light fixtures when installed as new work.
