Would RecommendI had already changed out all of my bone colored plates and receptacles / light switches the hard way through out my house and the last room painted I found these plate covers that fit over existing ones without changing the inside parts. It was a blessing and look so good. Very pleased!
Wonderful idea
Would RecommendThese are easy to install and look really nice once installed. We have replaced wiring in most rooms as we renovate our 30 year old house in order to get rid of the old, dirty wall plates, but this product eliminates the necessity to do that and simply covers the old outlet with a new, clean cover! And just a screwdriver is required. Anybody can do it!.
Easy fix for the light switches in my new house
Would RecommendBought a new old house along with all old dirty light switches. This was a super easy and quick way to modernize the house along with updating the outlets as well without having to deal with electricity.
"Revive" it did to all 8 switches!
Would RecommendIf you want to update switch plates without paying a pretty penny for an electrician to install the new fancy ones, this is an inexpensive alternative that truly will revive your room.
Hubbell TayMac 1-Gang White Toggle Wall plate
This wall plate will conceal some old style toggle switches and make them look a bit more modern. Unfortunately, they only fit over the very narrow type toggle switches. The wider toggle switches will not fit inside the back of this modern cover plate. I suggest buying one to test at home. You can position the new style plate over each old switch in your home without removing the old cover plates to quickly tell if the new plate will fit or not.
Easy changeovet
Would RecommendWanted to change from the almond color switches and plates but didn't want to pay an electrician to change everything. Found these to be an easy fix. I wish they were a little less bulky but they go on top of the existing ones so they have to be bigger. Even though, I am happy to have been able to change all switches and outlets over to white with little effort. The only switches that do not perform as well as the originals are the ones that are dimmer switches. With the new covers over them, th...
Terrific idea for sprucing up a home
Would RecommendThese Revive switch and outlet plates are the fastest, best way to update your house's look from almond-colored or grungy switches, outlets and the plates for each...these Revive plates cover the old, including the switches, with a clean, white finish, but retain all functionality. Saved us a ton of time in trying to spruce up our home for sale!
Excellent way to cover old yellowed switches
Would RecommendThese are a great way to cover the old yellowed switches.
Just wanted an inexpensive change
Would RecommendA small inexpensive update was wanted without changing out all of the wired switches. Self-contained faceplate was a breeze to install. Wish it were a little more smooth and streamlined designed but it will do for now.
