Ratings & Reviews for Hubbell RACO Galvanized steel New work Octagonal Electrical Box

What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this electrical box for its sturdy, well-built construction and reliable performance. The galvanized steel material resists deformation, screws don't strip easily, and reviewers consistently note the solid, secure fit. Installation is remarkably easy thanks to integrated alignment tabs, screw-down cable clamps, and pre-formed mounting wings that eliminate extra hardware. The box fits perfectly in standard four-inch holes and aligns cleanly with joists or studs. Customers confirm it performs reliably across diverse applications with ample interior wiring space and multiple knockout options. A few mention minor concerns about mounting tab depth, though these rarely detract from overall satisfaction.
