Single gang metallic box with ground screw hole
Would RecommendHolds my wires. Has nifty ground screw hole, which makes it easier to ground the box and hopefully not electrocute myself when playing with the other wires. KO seals are actually punched decently and pop out easily.

Perfect New Work Box
Would RecommendI used this box for the 50 pound load rating. The vanity light for this location was larger and heavier than the 6 lb rating on the of the round old work box used for other vanity lights. This was in a new wall so I could mount it securely above the new vanity. This box could also be used in an existing wall if you were lucky that the location just happened to land on a stud or ceiling joist. But it is ideal for new wall or ceiling locations where a board can be added to support it.
