Great packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how they have packaged these bottles. The other competitor has bottles that are hard to grab and hold. HTH has been around as long as I have had a pool and I'm sure long before that. Lol. I think they got it figured it out.

No algae!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the product with the hopes of cutting down the amount of times I'd have to add Algae Guard to my pool. So far, so good! My pool has been free of algae for weeks now and it only took the one treatment. My old product had to be added weekly; god help you if you fogot! Highly recommended!

Brand you can trust

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This HTH pool care algea guard ultra did an amazing job keeping the water clear and algea free. Living in the south east, the heat and humidity will turn the water bad right away and this really helped keep the algea under control.

Will kill algae

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]  I tend to sick with the copper based algesides because I know they work, during my last huge Algae bloom I tried everything else to get rid of it. The Ultra algeside is a copper based algeside and it's long lasting to prevent more blooms overtaking the pool. I didn't have to use nearly as much of the product as I thought, but my pool is rather large and it does require more product then most other algeside. It also says non foaming formula but...

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying this for the first time in my spa tub, I can really see a difference in the water. It is a lot cleaner for a lot longer. I like that it doesn't foam up and make a mess. Very Nice. I am very happy with it.

Foamed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: does clean and clear away algae from pool. Safe you swim in afterwards. Cons: due to the buildup, this left a layer of foam on the top. The next day the pool was clean and ready for swimming. So I wouldn’t swim in same day, especially if you had an aggressive algae problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HTH Pool Care Algae Guard Ultra is a great product I used to prevent algae from forming in these hot summer days.With water temperate being 85,and the sun beating down on the water,is a great combo for algae to start growing.I used this product that will last up to 3 months to prevent algae growth. Can also swim 15 minutes after adding to pool.Keep the pumping running for several hours.

Good-Bye algae!

So got the HTH Pool Care Algae Guard Ultra to see if it would get rid of the algae and it did. It worked wonderfully. It killed the algae and our pool was nice and algae-free. It works up to 3 months which is great! The best part is you can swim with it in the water.. no waiting!! I would definitely suggest this product to others.

We have a salt water system in our pool and I loved it because it acts very fast to destroy algae and leaves the water very clean in a short time. It is a very good product, I will continue to use it, no more green algae in my pool! I highly recommend it!

Worked great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultimate Algae Guard worked really well in our pool. We had quite a bit of build up but once we checked the PH level and used Algae Guard the issue was taken care of. Very easy to use and i’m very satisfied with product.
