Nice little printer, fax, scanner. Smaller than our previous model but does the job just as well.

HP quality
I am a firm in quality of HP printers I guess this is no exception. I am able to send items from my phone or laptop to the printer easily.

Poor
I purchased this printer in June and I am having print quality issues. I have had to run a printhead cleaning every week.

HP Printer 8138e All-In-One
Slow and noisy. Unit feels cheap and fragile. Ink cartridge exchange in the unit is not as smooth as previous unit. Cartridges are not communicating so not printing correctly.

Seems cheap
The pullout tray where the paper goes you have to finish his printing feels like it’s gonna fall over a break at any moment. I’m so afraid to use it. It just feels like they used cheap materials.
