Excellent hardware. Software setup poor.
Hardware setup went well. Printer and scanner work very well. Software setup took 3 weeks to debug because old drivers from an HP printer I was replacing weren't removed and Windows 11 and the HP app randomly either found the new printer, or looked for the old printer and reported it not available. Web site didn't help at all but I eventually figured it out by diving deep into the Windows drivers' screen.

I am pretty happy with my new printer. I did need to hire my computer guy to finish the set up. I
It is printing nicely so far. As I said above I was not able to finish the set up on my own. I could not get it to accept the wifi. My computer guy did that. However, the printer LCD screen keeps giving me a message that it has not been able to download some new software. My computer guy could not get that to gop away and was unable to get it to download either. I have a Samsung tablet and would love to be able to print from there. Is there something I need to do in order for that to h...

Printer is fine but the toner policy is terrible
They tell you to join the insta ink service but I don’t print often enough so I opted out of the subscription. Now I can’t print without rejoining the subscription. I paid for the toner but it doesn’t print anymore unless I rejoin. It feels like a total scam to me

Good money-saving option
Struggled a bit to get printer set up with Instant Ink, but got it figured out. Satisfied with the end result. Great print quality and looking forward to saving on ink costs.
