The printer that won’t let you use it
I used this printer for about six months. After the first few months I tried to purchase ink for it. The printer would only all HP brand ink cartridges which were marked up significantly higher than the other brands. Then I tried the Instant ink subscription. Which I didn’t go through enough in for that to make sense so after a month or two I cancelled it. Now the printer won’t print because it says it needs to have an ink subscription for it to be used. Disappointed in color printing
It prints black and white OK but does not print a color pictures. It leaves lines on the color photo.

My New Machine
Easy setup and Network connection. Beautiful machine that's Easy to operate. Small form factor. All in 1 machine that's great for all around use. Instant ink is a plus. The price was awesome and shipping was fast. Free Instant ink for 6 months requires connection to Wi-Fi, not a deal breaker for me because I want Instant ink. I could say more but the machine speaks fir itself.

I spent hours trying to set it up only for it not to work, and I put brand new ink and tell me how it says running out of ink without ever printing anything on it?

No Drivers work with this model
Purchased this printer specifically to work with my new HP Laptop. I investigated if the 2 were compatible and the HP website said they were. Turns out there are no Drivers you can download that are specifically for this printer. I tried for 2 days and every driver that stated it was compatible. None worked. An excellent All-in-One for home use
An excellent printer for home use. Had to replace the old and HP's suggestion was handy to choose the All-in-One ProJet 8139e. Easy to install and network the printer to our computers and portables devices at home.
