Don't be afraid of trying, it is very simple.

Easy to use, the instructions and options, and cautions are easily read. My wife was able to restore a couple of items, it is very simple to use.

It took 7 very light rub coats over several hours.

This worked to hide a 1 sq ft white cloud stain from dining table. (from dumb use of a steam iron through a towel). used as directed. took several applications with 0000 steel wool. walnut matched my table. Then I applied with cloth to rest of table to even out color.

Removes white rings on finished surfaces

It was recommended to remove white rings on dining room table. Used extra fine steel wool on surface and then applied Restor-A-Finish. The stain eliminated the white ring and didn't impact the glossy finish on the table.

I love this product. It was so easy to apply and the results were fabulous. I ended up using it on water rings and light spots I've had on furniture for years. They just disappeared!

HUGE TIME & WORK SAVER

Restor Finish

Purchased dark walnut which went on great however, it failed to cover chips in the finish. The color of Dark Walnut on the chips was closer to Golden Oak. The rest of the finish on the furniture was good.

It works

I have been using this for years on wood-like laminate to remove scratches. With a little steel wool it is a versatile restorer. What I especially like about it is it's not a stain or a poly. It accepts wax finish very well.
