Cheap interior, broken in under six months. Warranty repair is very slow process, day four of being down and still dont have a date scheduled to repair.

OMG! I'm so disappointed

Poorly designed

The spacing of the racks and tilt of the spokes to hold dishes are both very poorly designed. There are non-removable features that make it so nothing will fit in certain spots (for example, regular mason jars or glasses will not fit in 1/3 of the top rack). The poor design makes it cumbersome and inefficient to load. Would not recommend.

Disappointed No Heat

The unit looks good and is quiet however this is the only dishwasher that I’ve ever seen without any heating element to dry dishes. The unit relies on air drying once the door opens. Even following the instructions and allowing the unit to complete the drying cycle the dishes are still wet and need some hand drying. Poor customer service

Its been over 6 weeks since I've called Hisense for warranty work and it's still not fixed. The first service contractor was a no show on the day of the appointment. The 2nd contractor came, supposedly ordered parts 3 weeks ago and hasn't been back. He doesn't answer his phone or return phone calls. Hisense customer service is useless. Anytime you call there are a bunch of hoops to jump through and its 10 minutes before a person actually answers, and when they do, nothing happens. And Lowes cou...

Hisense Dishwasher

Buyer beware, Hisense will give you problems when trying to seek warranty claims. Better have all your receipt paperwork or your claim will be denied. If you are not the first buyer forget it.

We havent installes our dishwasher yet but it looks noce and matches our appliance set

Warranty repairs may take awhile

Crap, didn’t work out of the box. Since our delivery date was 5 weeks after our purchase date, they wouldn’t replace it. Now we are waiting weeks to get it fixed under warranty.

Nice looking dishwasher

I like the look of this dishwasher and matches the other appliances well. Very clean looking design.

Quiet dishwasher, gets dishes clean

This dishwasher seems to work well, we've had it for a week and we usually rinse our dishes prior to washing, so they always come out sparkly clean. It pops open after it's done to help air drying I suppose, it is extremely quiet at least compared to our old dishwasher from 2010.

Again, Hisense comes with a 2-year warranty.

This dishwasher appears to be well made of stainless steel inside and out and also features soundproofing insulation. It shines of quailty while including 3 levels to accomodate large loads of dirty kitchenware.

Looks nice on the outside, chintzy inside.

Love the look of this dishwasher. However, that's about it. The racks are very chintzy and I don't think they will hold up for long before something breaks somewhere. The design holds way fewer items than my old one. Finally, I do not like the fact it does not dry out completely after the full cycle is done. The constant moisture is just not acceptable. Very sorry I purchased this item.

Does not clean

Nothing was wrong with my old dishwasher that was almost 20 years old, I just wanted to upgrade. We bought a Hisense fridge and love it so we thought, "let's stay with the theme and get a Hisense dishwasher". With my old dishwasher, I could stick a whole pizza in there and it would disintegrate it, no problem.
