Horrible service and hard to get a response from

I had this machine less than 60 days before I started having problems with the dishes getting clean in the dishwasher. It progressed to the door not staying shut to be able to run the cycle. I have already called and Lowes and Hisense and was told by Lowes they had a 30 day window and then the company was responsible. I called the company and after jumping through hoops to get information to them they had a different company {after I called again 4 days later} tasked to work on the dishwasher...

I received and email yesterday from Hisense directing me to their response to my original review. It's nowhere to be found. Terrible customer service.

I am very unhappy with this dishwasher. I use the heavy setting but cups, bowls and utensils are not clean after only using it for seven months. Everything must be prerinsed in the sink before placing in the dishwasher. I never even have the dishwasher full of dishes when I run it. I use Finish which is recommended by the manufacturer. My 28 year old dishwasher got my dishes sparkling clean until it quit. I would not recommend this product.

Does not clean the middle drawer

The middle drawer does not clean. The glasses come out dirtier than they go in. Very disappointed.

Use installation they do a great job.

8 months and it's kaput!

Bought a new house and appliances were already installed. Did not know that Hisense made kitchen appliances and now wish I had never known! The genius that designed this needs to look for a new line of work. The racks do not allow for appropriate loading of ordinary dishware/cookware. Code F54

1st day got the washer the door hitch was already stuck, after installing the unit, i already have a code F54 came up, and from somewhere its leaking water. Had to disconnect the washer for now, since i dont have time to look into it at the moment.

On Sale? Warranty Denied!

Thinking about purchasing on sale? READ ME FIRST! Purchased last year, got around to installing and it's missing edge seals and toe kick plate. There's a mfg warranty, so no issue, right? Just call and get replacements sent out, easy, right? WRONG! No plumber for repairs

Don't get a Hi Sense if you live in the USA. You won't find a local plumber to help you repair it. It has screws that should open but do not. So here we are on the Lowes site looking for any idea about how to fix it ourselves. Lowes should not sell appliance like this if no local plumber will no touch it. Back to washing dishes by hand.
