Ratings & Reviews for Hisense 4.4-cu ft Mini Fridge with Freezer ( Black ) ENERGY STAR

HISENSE = NOT A GOOD BRAND

This refrigerator is small and compact, but not a good refrigerator at all. The freezer freezes very well, but the refrigerator itself is not cooling. I just purchased it Wednesday 7-16-25 and If I hadn’t already torn the box up I would be bringing it back.

Scratch and dent refrigerator

Dents and scratches were ok for me. I needed an extra little fridge for the basement. All s/d items are sold as is. They were kind enough to plug it in for me to make sure that it worked before I bought it. They were even kind enough to load it into my vehicle. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Fridge

It had a bunch of dents in it.

Love It Mostly!

Plenty of room inside, freezer works great, only issue is the mini fridge is a tiny bit noisy.

Nice!

It is a small frig, but bigger than a minoi. It is really the perfect size for our office!

Bad delivery

Don’t get delivery out in middle of yard and upside down

Cancelled?

Got email confirming order. Drove to store to pick up and noticed an email CANCELING the order was sent. Why? The item was in stock so I was able to get it at the store but WHY WAS THE ORDER CANCELLED?!?

Received Damaged - Return a nightmare

Arrived quickly after ordering, packing showed minor damage. Opened next day to find severe damage to both doors, top door being crushed in the corner. Tried to schedule a return only to find that I have to bring it into a Lowes store. I do not have a truck and this is really a problem for us. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have purchased elsewhere with a better return policy.

Arrived damaged & customer labored/paid to return

My fridge arrived on time but damaged. While working full time & having no car, I struggled to bring it to a FedEx within 48 hours for it to be returned. Calling the store where I ordered the item, I was put on hold for a long time without any follow up.

very small

so useless

Great Little Frig

Honesty I didn’t expect much from this little refrigerator freezer. Just something to put drinks in. It was on sale so I just bought it. To my surprise this is a great little fridge. Freezer keeps things frozen solid. The refrigerator is right on the money as well. Would definitely buy again.

College Students and Seniors

I like the size (height) and compactness of the fridge. Plus, the freezer is a nice size. The only con is the lower door shelf is to deep that I can't put anything that is to long on the shelf above the bottom drawer. I have to lift up my produce above the door shelf in order for the door to shut.

Would not recommend it.

Damaged in shipping.

Excellent

Love the size
