Works well and easy to install

Nice little fridge.

I liked that it was compact and relatively inexpensive. I wanted a small one that could handle the garage through winter and summer in Texas. It made a couple of knocking noises on a cold night (40 degrees) but has been quiet since. I don't think it's made for outdoors, but the garage is where it is needed for game night cold drinks.

Better off using a cooler...

I purchased this item in July 2025, and returned it because it had a dent on the door. I exchanged it for a different fridge, but because the freezer was not working I got a 3rd fridge. Well the freezer was not working on this one either. Stick with a cooler you will thank me later...

Does not get colder

The thermostat has seven settings. The highest setting should get colder, but it does not. I bought it in July 2025.

It had dents in the door once I got it in place and saw it in the light.

Quit working after 3.5 months

Bought this for my daughters dorm room. It is mid November and it has already stopped working. I did not get the extended warranty because I thought Lowes would honor the products factory warranty but they do not. I called Hisense for warranty information and cannot understand anything the guy on the phone was saying. I also submitted a request on line and have not gotten a response back yet after 24hrs.

Disappointed

It was delivered to a patient in assisted living who does not have a smart phone. It was dented. When I tried to get a small reimbursement ($25) via live chat it was denied because we could not send a picture. The patient called Lowes directly and was offered store credit for $20 or $25. However the experience was such that the patient no longer wants to shop there. It was not a pleasant experience for either of us. I was surprised at Loews - very bad customer service.

Nice capacity in a compact size!

We have had this refrigerator for several weeks now while we are waiting for our full size refrigerator to be repaired. So far so good. We like its capacity for the two of us. We appreciate the fact it has a separate decent size freezer compartment. It definitely will come in handy for extra items once our full size refrigerator is operating again.

Nice fridge for a single person

Arrived with 6" dent and all Lowes will do is $25.

Arrived with 6" dent down the side. Lowes took $25.00 off. Never buy another appliance from Lowes again. Also they had Fed Ex deliver it. That is why it was dented. Fed Ex is awful. Offered to send them pics but they don't care. Horrible customer service.

Everyone will want to use it

Convenient for the office to save money from eating out for lunch, and eating healthier snacks. Plenty of room for small office.

It's a great small fridge! I like that it has a separate freezer from the fridge and it fits perfectly into the smaller units I manage
