Terrible customer support

Doesn't take much to damage it. The Lowe's delivery guy dropped it and bent the front legs. Put a dent in the drawer and then the front panel came loose and there was a gasket that fell out of it. And I don't know if some of those issues are because it was poorly made or if it is all on the Lowe's delivery driver that messed it up. But Lowe's refused to make it right because it was after 48 hours that my father took it out of the box to install it and Lowe's also told me to contact the warranty ...

The stove glass caved in under normal use. I placed a large pot very gently on to the stove top and it quite literally and aggressively caved in. I didnt think much of the other one star reviews with this issue because it seemed like a very rare weird thing. Nope very common with this unit!! Horrible warranty! Do not buy at your own risk.

I bought this range and was so excited to use it . It was delivered and seemed to be in perfect condition. I placed a single pot on top. A heavy pot but nothing a range should not be able to handle and the glass quite literally caved in . I called Hisense and explained that this must be due to an internal stress crack that this should not happen under normal cooking conditions. Denied! Delivered damaged

Bought this oven for a great deal on Black Friday. Two months later when it was time to unbox/hook up all the appliances in our new house. Multiple items were damaged, including the oven. Unable to return to a 30 day return policy.

Beautiful Range

So far i love this range. It is easy to operate and works well. The top seems easy to clean and I love that is a "self cleaning" model.

Part has been on back order

It will be 2 years next month that I bought this stove and oven went out on Christmas Day. The temperature sensor went out and cannot get the part. Also the bottom drawer started to rust a year ago.. The part that I need for the ovenhas been on back order since at least three months and they do not know when the part will be in. I thought it had a 2 year warranty but when I call customer service it says if I didn’t buy one through Lowe’s that it’s only 90 days so I’ve been stuck without a oven ...

Save your money go with anther company.

If you are considering purchasing a Hisense product please be advised that if there is any issue that the warranty doesn't cover and you have to contact Hisense encompass be prepared to deal with customer service representives that do not care Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Don’t by Hisense

My stove is only 2.6 years old and I’m already having trouble with the oven holding the specified temp. I tried to call the company for information/suggestions about the problem. After several try’s to get through their automated phone system. I finally ended up emailing them. Their only response was your warranty is out of date. We can’t help you. I will never buy another Hisense product EVER.

Oh what a Warranty!

1st it was a replacement for our first one that had problems but Hisense said they couldn’t send a tech to fix it so we dealt with it. So, here we are 22 months after the original purchase we had another breakdown & after calling Hisense they sent a Replace Authorization through Lowes and the Stove we bought for $699 was immediately returned & replaced with a brand new one that was available for $996.
