Ratings & Reviews for Hillman 1 -Hook Satin Gold Decorative Wall Hook ( 25-lb Capacity)

Pretty leaf-like wall hook

We were looking for a wall hook that could hold more weight, and this definitely ticked that box. It's a sturdy hook that feels heavy and requires two screws to install into the wall. The hardware required for installation is included with two wall screws (including drywall anchors), an L bracket, and a screw for the hook to attach to the bracket. It's a very nice matte black that fit our decor and the paint feels very smooth to the touch. It reminds me of a leaf and is quite pretty!

Very unique wall hook in the shape of a leaf.

This is definitely not your ordinary wall hook but a functioning work of art. This hook has a unique look in the shape of a black leaf. It also has a very different and sturdy mounting bracket.

Classy Matte Black Decorative Hook

This Matte Black Decorative Hook is classy and looks great on our bathroom wall. My wife loves it! It was easy to install. Thanks for a great product!

Black decorative hook

I used this decorative hook in my bath room, it’s very pretty but the hook park could be a tad bigger. Very easy to install and study, goes well with any style.

Really nice, heavy made hanger.

I really like how well made this hanger is. The leaf design has a nice detailing to it. This was really easy to install, and stays firmly in place. This hanger works best for hanging a light weight coat to it. It also would make for a great hanger for hats.

Nice looking but a little lacking in practicality

The hook looks nice, but the actual hook depth doesn’t allow for a great hold of whatever you’re hanging, so only certain things will hang (leashes, etc). Also, the top screw is a bit tough to install (to secure the black hook onto the underlying bracket).

Installation took much longer than expected...

I was looking for a solution to hang a fairly heavy wet suit in a designated “wet” area to dry after use. Regular hooks were not attractive and most were not correctly shaped to hold a hanger which was needed to ensure the material did not incorrectly stretch. This hook was rated to hang heavier objects (25 lb. capacity), could properly hold a hanger, and was aesthetically pleasing in the designated multi-use area. There were 7 pieces total in the package. The package included 2 wall anchors, ...

Hook Matte Black Decorative Wall Hook

This is a leaf shaped wall hook in matte black finish. The item comes with two 3/16 plastic wall anchors and two 5/8” screws for attaching hook to wall.

Sleek, durable metal coat hook

Very high quality and sleek dark metal hook for coats, aprons, or whatever you need to hang. It includes all needed screws and plates and plastic anchors needed for wood surface, wall board, or hollow core door mounting.

Sleek Look, Versatile Hook

This hook is small but strong. It has a mounting plate to help make its hold stronger. No instructions were included, but it was just the hook, mounting plate, 3 screws and 2 drywall anchors so it was easy to figure out. It was a little challenging screwing the hook into the mounting plate, so I suggest making sure you have enough clearance at the top. I'm using it to hold items in my attic but it is definitely pretty enough to be used anywhere in the home.

Good quality less functional

This hook is not designed well, the leaf, which is what is meant to hold is not wide enough and so it cannot really hold much if you’re looking for something very attractive but not very functional. It’s perfect.

Functional and sleek style

Such a simple design but the style is a great blend of functionality and elegance. It will be perfect for our remodeled bathroom. Perfect accent color.

Matt black hook helps with hanging up many items.

Matt black hook is easy to setup and wonderful addition to our mudroom. The hook is very useful for hanging many items coats, pet leash, towels etc. Nice addition for transitioning fro outside to inside.

Strong and decorative

This hook is very decorative. It very well made and heavy duty enough to hold heavy objects. The projection is about an inch and allows bags with thick straps to hand securely. I was relatively easy to install and will last for years.

Hook

Leaf like hook is very stylish and sleek. It was very easy and fast to install. The hook holds very well. The black matte color is nice. The hook has some weight to it making it sturdy.

Nice Solid Hook

I needed a hook for a towel in our RV and this one does the trick. It is well made, but the design isn't ideal for towels, more like a robe or coat with a loop to hook over the top. It does look nice however and works okay for what I will use it for.

Excellent Easy to Install Wall Hook

This wall hook arrived nice packaged and in my mailbox. It took less than five minutes to install. Only screw in three screws and it's done. I used this wall hook as a coat hanger on one of my bedroom doors. The hook is rated for 25 pounds and holds the coat just fine.

Nice looking Hook

This is a very nice looking hook that is easy to install. It works great on the back of a door or on a board with additional hooks to make a coat rack. It looks great on the back of my bathroom door.

Small but Solid

This hook is adorable. It is solid and I installed it easily into a stud on my wall and it will be able to hold just about anything. It is very secure. I would definitely recommend this hook.

It feels like a very good quality product! I like.

It's a really sturdy set up. I liked that it is flushed to the wall and it was an easy install. It holds very well, and can see many years of use from it.
