Would RecommendThis is indeed a 3/8 x 16 flange bolt, seems to be well made, and has a nice coating. Along with the corresponding flange bolts this will provide a secure means of joining sheet metal without the need for additional washers.
Great hardware to keep from coming off a bolt
Would RecommendThese flanged nuts have a raised scored area on the underside of the nut that when tightened down on the bolt, it compresses and prevents the nut from coming loose. These are a grade 5 for strength and security. I used this on a ladder rack I made for my Expedition. Would recommend definitely.

Finally found what I needed
Would RecommendHad a difficult time finding a nut that would fit the aftermarket Cat converter for my vehicle. Lowe's has such an extensive selection of hardware. I searched local automotive stores and the clerk was unable to find a suitable match. I knew I would find what I needed a Lowe's and should have gone there to begin with. Thank you so much, Lowe's.
