Would RecommendIt's a good product and does exactly what I needed to put in a carriage bolt to level a table perfectly. use lock tite or it may shift causing an wobble.

Would RecommendWorked as intended. Makes assembly and re-assembly easier over time. Best to drill oversized hole (I used 9/32) from outside facing surface with scrap wood backer to reduce tear out; suggest adding small countersink flare on inside face to ease t-nut entry; thread longer 1/4-20 hex bolt from outside face through fender washer, thin non-marring plywood scrap, drilled board, and t-nut; tighten by hand or with drill/driver until t-nut seats into wood.
