Would RecommendAwesome for mounting things that need springs to move
Easy solution for older home with loose knobs
Would RecommendEasy install, works as intended for a temporary and quick fix for older homes with “quirky” doors
Good product but could be a little stronger
Would RecommendI bought this to replace an old spring on a screen door that was rusted. The length was right for a screen door but the spring force was not strong enough to close the door reliably. I will either need to move the screw eye or get a stronger spring. This product seemed like it was quality and I would buy it again.
Mediocre spring
Would Not RecommendNeeded a fairly strong spring for closure mechanism. Unfortunately this one is weak for its wire size (0.105") and coil configuration (which matched my original spring). This one is OK if you do not need much power in your application.

Glad Lowe's carries stuff like this!
Would RecommendThe Springs were a good match for my recliner. It probably wasn't the intended use, but I could not find replacement springs until I tried the hardware section at Lowe's.
hooked on this product
Would RecommendIt's not as solid as I thought but is adequate for the job. My door was not lined up perfectly so it was the best item to use.
does the job, if it's the right size
Would Recommendliked all of it, if only it had been the right size!
