Not what I expected
Would Not RecommendI used this product to hang a couple of metal signs. I tried using them without a pilot hole on a metal post and the wouldn’t cut the metal at all. Had to drill a pilot hole in the post to make them work. Then I tried one on a wooden post - it worked fine. The next one I used ran into a knot and stopped. I guess they work as a screw but don’t count on them being self tapping.
