What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise these ceiling hooks for reliable functionality, ease of installation, and versatility for hanging plants, lamps, and decorative items. Most appreciate that they securely hold significant weight, work on both studs and drywall, and come with two screw and anchor types for different ceiling needs. Installation is straightforward with clear instructions requiring only a standard drill. The ornate design appeals to those seeking aesthetically pleasing alternatives. However, some reviewers express concerns about metal quality, reporting that hooks feel flimsier than older versions, with issues like bent metal or stripped threads. Despite these durability concerns, most customers find them reliable and well-designed for their intended purpose.

Good solution that did the trick
Would RecommendVery easy instructions. I had been dreading attempting to hang some plants from my plaster ceiling for months. I finally did some research and found that these types of hooks were what should be used for that purpose. The finally hole drilled, turned out to be quite large but all in all, it worked out very well!

Looks well. Holds great!
Would RecommendI had a few plants I wanted to hang and desired to acquire cost-effective, aesthetically pleasing hooks with good hold strength. I discovered that these particular hooks met my needs. Be mindful that though these hooks are strong, they’re not metal. Otherwise, great purchase.

Poor quality casting
Would Not RecommendI bought 2 sets to hang a couple of lightweight LED lights. There were almost no threads in the hook, so 3 of the 4 just twisted off. Good thing I didn't have the lights up yet or they would have fallen to the floor. Very disappointing, since I've bought other Hillman items that were good quality.
Works good
Works great, like that here are both screw types in the package
