Excellent knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As usual, Henkels knives are well made. The tang runs all the way through the handle for good strength. It's well balanced and feels solid for cutting through chicken which is all I've used it for so far. Looking forward to many years of use.

Perfect for large/hard winter squash

the cleaver I've been dreaming of

I've been looking for the perfect cleaver and this one is it. Hefty weight, comfortable handle, sharp blade. Excellent for chopping meat and I enjoy it so much, I also use it for chopping my veggies. The quality you would expect, worth the price.

Well made knife

Love this knife it feels good in my hand you can tell by the green it is a well made knife.

Not worth it.

the cleaver is visually low quality. The package is sort of rewrapping of some used box, aka the original packaging is missing. Just stay away.

Nice size/weight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice weighted handle, shape fires well in hand. Mild sticking curve. Sharpness cuts like butter, less strain on my hand. Can scoop up cut vegetables into clever to put in pan or salad!

Cleaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleaver has a good weight and feel to it. I mainly use it to chop my ribs l, it does a great job. I recommend this cleaver.

Great buy

So sharp and has a nice heft to it! Only criticism is there is a small nick on the edge, which is a bummer. But still well worth it!
