A necessary tool for your kitchen
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seeing several TV shows expounding the virtues of having a boning knife among your other kitchen knives, I decided to buy one. Our other knives are Henckels as well so that is what I chose. The blade is very sharp, it's got a rounded tip and it's very thin and is great for separating meat from bones and joints. I went through multiple knives trying to debone a deer and after trying multiple cheap knives I said screw it and went and bought this knife. this knife is extremely sharp and follows the bone easily and makes deboning your game meat so easy. in my older age I've come to realize that quality is worth the price and I definately found that in this knife. will probably end up buying the entire knife block to get rid of our cheap setup...
