Kitchen Must Have
Would RecommendThis knife is from a collection of knives made in Spain by Henckels. Made from German steel and forged, it has some of the hallmarks of the German made Zwilling cutlery. Since the chef knife can do almost all kitchen tasks, this is a must have for someone who cooks often. Great value as well for an 8" forged chef knife.

I can't believe it's dishwasher safe!

Feels a little wrong to put it in the dishwasher, and I don't know if I'll do it all the time, but I love that it's an option. Great knife, can't wait to buy a few more.

Best knife ever
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this chef's knife as a Christmas gift and put it to use the same day. I made a beef tenderloin and the knife cut through it "like a knife going through butter" as they say. I have struggled for years with poor knives, and wanted something special for Christmas. This knife really fits the bill.
