Finally, I can chop!

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 8” Henckels Chef’s Knife is the primary tool in my kitchen. Balanced, Sharp and well built. The only improvement suggestion I have is to round the heel of the blade so when you grip the knife it’s not so sharp on your middle finger.
