Just What I Was Needing!

The build and quality is unlike any other knife sharpener I have ever used. It took my chefs knife that was basically like a butter knife and gave it a razor sharp edge in just a few passes. Could not recommend this enough!

I decided to try this knife sharpener and I'm very happy with it. It's very easy to use and the knife became very sharp, cutting through brisket like a hot knife through butter!
