Ratings & Reviews for Harbor Breeze 48-ft Plug in Brown Indoor String Light with 100 LED Globe Bulbs

Indoor quality

Was searching for an extension for my existing outdoor lights. These are definitely indoor quality; not as heavy duty as I expected, smaller bulbs without the hangers for hardware

Lightweight, casual outdoor lights

These lights are lightweight and the bulbs seem reasonably rugged. There is a challenge if you want the bulbs to all hang in the same direction. Because the bulbs are so lightweight they tend to follow the twist of the cord. The included directions show tacking between each bulb but they also recommend these for "Seasonal Use". If you are looking for a less formal look for outdoor lights these are a good choice. The fact that you can string upto 48 strings (4800 bulbs) is good for large installa...

Beautiful Glow & Festive. Perfect for Outdoors

These white 48-ft LED globe lights look beautiful and give off a warm, cozy glow in our backyard patio. They were easy to hang and covered a good area in my backyard. The bulbs feel sturdy, and the light is bright enough to have a get together. Perfect for patios or outdoor gatherings!

White 48-Ft 100-Lights LED Globe String Lights

The bulbs are bright but not harsh, setup was quick, and the long cord made spacing simple. They’re energy-efficient, stylish, and is perfect for evening dinners or relaxing outdoors. The cord feels thin and not very sturdy. I worry about how well it will hold up in bad weather.

Nice lights, not for me

I got these LED Globe String Lights for free to review. I chose this product because I have a patio that needed lighting beyond a single harsh porch light. I liked the length of the lights. The color of the light was not harsh. It was warm. I personally had difficulties with the way the light shone. You know how some people can hear electricity? Well imagine that with lights - I could see the light flickering like an old movie reel. This probably isn't an issue for anyone except me, but I have...

Brighter than expected!

48 foot long string of 100 lights that are brighter than I expected considering that you can connect up to 45 sets in series. These will look great on our new 76 foot long front porch after I buy another set.

Retains water

These lights are a very nice complement to my outdoor patio area. They provide a comfortable light (not too harsh). Due to the span, I used wire to stabilize the string of lights between metal poles. The only issue is that the bulbs retain moisture/water, which is a concern for their long term use.

Bright LED Globe String Lights

Really like the spacing on these lights as they are 5-inches apart which adds more light and over all appeal. They come with a storage wheel which makes for easy storage; however I could not get them as tightly rolled. We plan to use the lights on our backyard deck for parties and also use them on bushes or trees at Christmas time (though I will need another set or two, but you can add up to 45 sets.

very good string lighting

The 48_ft of string lights are packaged on a spool with the male plug to the outside. There is about 2 feet of plain wire between the plug and the first light bulb. The light bulbs are about 5 inches apart. The strand comes with a small bag taped near the plug – I believe it contains two spare LED lights and two fuses (very tiny). I left them taped to the strand so as not to separate (and likely lose) them. I purchased some Command brand hooks, and installed the hooks every 24 inches per...

long lasting led globe lights

These led string lights features 100 globe lights that spans 48 ft to cover any size patio or pool deck. the led lights are long lasting and put off a nice ambient light to set the right mood for any party.

Nice warm white string lights.

I really like the look of these lights, especially since the lightis a nice warm color. However, there are a couple of things that prevent me from giving it a five-star review. First of all, for some reason even though it shows on the instructions that they have 5" spacing between bulbs, there is a 21-in spacing right at the very center. It makes no mention of that in the instructions. Also I couldn't find anywhere on the packaging or the instructions if these are meant to be in a wet location ...

Back Half of Strand Didn't Light Up

Only 1/2 the string lights up. I plugged it in while it was still spooled onto the spool it come on and saw many lights come on thinking it was the entire strand. I hung up the lights onto my patio and then turned them on and then realized that the inner lights on the spool did not light up, about 1/2 of the lights. I tried to swap in the spare LED, testing on one of the sockets that was working, and it lit up. I then took the spare LED and went through each of the back half of the strand sw...

Harbor Breeze Outdoor Globe Lights

Having 100 lights in a 48 foot string looks much better than a skimpy 48 foot string with only one light every foot. Quality is disappointing though. I laid the lights out and plugged them in to make sure they worked before I spent my time hanging them between five Ceder posts under my deck. When I started to put the lights up the first section of 50 lights from the plug went out. Just like most cheap Christmas lights these have two very small fuses in the plug. (see pictures) I had no wa...

Perfect for our indoor needs.

Beautiful. Love that they are indoor and outdoor. My daughter wanted some for above her bed and these turned out great. Good length without having to connect more and really nice light with no heat.

Great ambience but need a on/off button

I really like these lights for a little ambience on our patio. They provide enough light to light a 11x12’ space with lights surrounding the entire perimeter. Unfortunately, once you put the lights up, you realize there is no on/off switch. This is a BIG issue to me. I had to purchase a separate switch to install with it to be useful. I’m also a little upset now after 2 weeks of installation that the lights don’t hang “down.” I though my with the heat outside that the wires would get hot rough ...

A Lot Of Light For A Dark Night

The 48 foot string of lights produce copious amounts of light for the price. If you use these for seasonal lighting, they come on a plastic reel that may be reused to store them. To install, simply unroll, hang and plug into a power source. I use mine to light a 75 foot long porch and they do a fine job of it. Mine have been in use for over a month with no issues. The bulbs are not Edison Bulbs but are LED’s and are only available in white cord at the time of this writing. I would like to s...

Fantastic, well made LED Patio light set

This is a 48 ft globe string light cord that looks beautiful on our backyard patio area fence. Lights were easy to uncoil and fit around fencing. The LED bulb covers are made of a hardened plastic so even while wrapping between fence bars there was no risk of damage or breakage. The lights lit up beautifully and add a great touch to our patio area. You can string together up to 45 sets due to low wattage of the LED lights and the set comes with spare bulbs. I Highly recommend for outdoor pat...

Perfect lighting

This light said is just the right size to give the perfect lighting for an outside venue. Not too much and not too little the amount of lights in the string and cover a large area to provide the perfect accent for your gazebo patio or deck.

Bright lights

These lights are phenomenal. They could light up the neighborhood, they’re so illuminating. They’re just the right size, not too bulky or heavy. Installation a breeze.
