Great fan but install is questionable
Would RecommendVery quiet and looks sharp, fan circulates plenty of breeze more than the last one we had up so happy about. The one thing I was upset about is the insulation, it was not easily to install liked it was advertised, I’m no expert but the directions we a little cumbersome and hard to follow the only easy part was putting the fan blades on, overall I’m satisfied just took a little longer than expected!

Would Not RecommendIf the bulb goes out, you have to replace the fan. We are returning all 3 of ours. I just got off the phone with the 800 number and they do not have the light kit available so you are sol if the bulb goes. Note that all the people asking this are told to "call the customer support number" and not "we got you, it has lifetime warranty!" You know why they want you to call, right? Light won’t work
Hung the fan which wasn’t so hard but the light won’t work. All the directions say is to connect the 9 pin connector which we did. We even went to trouble shooting page and did the 2 troubleshooting options and still nothing. This is very frustrating.
