What Customers Are Saying
Customers largely praise this product's effectiveness as a soil amendment, noting improved plant growth, moisture retention, and soil structure at an affordable price. Many appreciate its ease of use and long-term value. However, a significant group disputes its labeling, arguing it's mulch or shredded wood rather than true compost. Despite this classification debate, most users report excellent results in gardens and containers. Some mention minor issues like inconsistent texture or wood pieces, but these concerns are outweighed by functional satisfaction and value.

Organic Soil Amendment
Would RecommendThis product is a great source of pine bark fines that can be used as a soilless media by itself, or as an organic soil amendment for improving beds.

Thankfully I’m using it as potting soil rather than inground. So I was able to salvage this with real composted manure and topsoil. I’d advise you to do the same if you want your plants to have any amoun...
