I have a question! Where is the 'water filter' for the Hamilton Beach Programmable Coffee Maker ... model 46290J?????? I have ordered 2 charcoal filters, but the metal 'stick' which holds the charcoal filter is nowhere to be seen inside the coffee maker!!! I know I can purchase the charcoal filters, but where is the 'stick' which holds the filter?

Gets the job done
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago and it has worked great for us. It is simple to set, always goes off as programmed and makes good coffee. It does not dribble when you pour from the pot.

Didn't last 6 months
I bought this coffee maker on January 25th, and it stopped working not even six months later. We didn't even use it everyday. Yes, we turned it on and off again and we unplugged it and plugged it in again. The power light is on but nothing happens. Hamilton Beach used to have quality products. This was absolutely disappointing.
