[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this 12 cup coffee maker as a gift, I like that I can set this to have my coffee ready when I get up in the morning or when I get home a stressful day. I t keeps my coffee hot without the worry of it burning. Its easy to clean with a damp cloth outside, and warn soapy water for the carafe. Makes A Great Pot of Coffee
