I bought these to finish an unnecessarily overbuilt wall in my basement. I don't think these are exactly purpose-built for doing what I'm using them for, but they're the same as the screws I've been using, and wanted them to look the same, and they do. I'm using them to attach 1x8 planks to 2x4 studs, and they work. The box has a torx bit in it, so you don't have to buy one if you don't have one already.
