Cheap cheap cheap. Lost half of nails to bending shank. Frustration was over the top

Was using older style panel nails - 5 years older or more. Almost never bent driving in. These seem to bend more frequently. Not a bad panel nail, just a little weaker shank.

Nails work well

I am remodeling a 100 year old bank and it is dark and dingy. Against my wife's objections, I am paneling the walls, so she doesn't have to paint as much. The walls are 12 ft tall and I don't want her on that height ladder. The paneling is going up easily and it is lath and plaster construction, that I am covering.
